1. In your admin panel, go to Appearance > Themes and click the Add New button.

Just install the recommended plugin i.e. One Click Demo Import when the theme is activated and then go to Appearance->Import demo data. From there, select the demo files to be uploaded which is included with the theme itself in [demo] folder.
